■ INDIA, AHMEDABAD: For those willing to for out a little extra there’s a lot of luxury to be had in India at a very reasonable rupee. So although you guys often see me sample the street food available across the many mega cities of India, I also do sample the food at some of India’s finer restaurants on occasion.
But simply filming the food becomes repetitive and boring after a while. I therefore figured I’d spice things up a bit whilst dining at ‘Artisan’ restaurant and invade Executive Chef Awanish Goswami’s kitchen for the world to see….
